Nowadays, international recognitions in the academic field are more needed. In doing so, the Faculty of Adab and Cultural Sciences of UIN Sunan Kalijaga visited Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture in Turkey on June 22th, 2022. In this event, the Dean, Dr. Muhammad Wildan, MA., and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ubaidillah, M.Hum, were welcomed by Prof. Dr. Ilham Mirac’, Dr. Tughba, and Dr. Muhammed Hadi Ouannase that discussing the partnership possibilities between the two institutions to foster the quality of the Faculty of Adab and Cultural Sciences.

This non-government institution that concentrates on advancing science and culture has opened partnership chances to the Faculty of Adab and Cultural Sciences in many areas, such as conducting international conferences, research, and publication for the international journal and granting scholarships for the students. It gives opportunities for academia in the Faculty of Adab and Cultural Sciences who want to research Badiuzzaman Nursi, a prominent Turkey Muslim scholar. Furthermore, it provides a week of training for academic writing at Istambul to produce high-quality academic research papers.

Both institutions accord to prioritize implementing the partnership programs than signing the MoU or the Letter of Intent (LoI). They aproved in conducting some events followed by the MoU signing soon.
