In the context of international recognition, on December 22 2023, three FADIB lecturers delivered presentation at an International Seminar at Selangor Islamic University, Malaysia with the title "Regional Seminar on Arabic Language and Civilization UIS-UIN SUKA 2023". This seminar is an implementation of collaboration between two universities: the Faculty of Islamic Studies and Civilization, Selangor Islamic University and the Faculty of Adab and Cultural Sciences, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Wildan, M.A., delivered a presentation entitled "The Challenge of Islamism and the Future of Post-Islamism in Indonesia". Meanwhile, Dr. Ubaidillah, M.Hum., discussed "The Language of Diplomacy of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in a Sociolinguistic perspective”. As for Dra. Soraya Adnani, M.Sc. described in detail the Pathok Negara Mosques in Yogkakarta with the title "Pathok Negara Mosques as a Product of Islamic Civilization in Yogyakarta, Indonesia".

In this collaboration, the three lecturers were invited not only as speakers but also participated in several other agendas, such as student-lecturer mobility, joint research, sit-in classes, all of which strengthen the academic competence of the academic community from these two Islamic universities.
